An exploration of the spirituous origins of the first two releases of the first "proper" distillery in central Edinburgh since the last one closed in 1925.
Join Dr Paul, Big G and Wheaty Jade for a special tasting of not only the first two releases of Holyrood's single malts but the components that went into it; we’re absolutely going down that wee rabbit hole!
