For the first Wheaty Whisk(e)y of the year, Jade, Dr Paul and the Big G will once again be exploring spirituous innovation in the modern Scottish whisky industry – or, as Big G puts it, “Scottish brats defying history”.
We’ll be looking at young Single Malts from a couple of Indie Bottlers turned Distillers and one from the new kid on Edinburgh's streets, alongside a fresh release from an old stager – lined up against a bright and chirpy 11yo Indie by way of contrast.
